How do I select the receipt printer?
- Click File > Preferences > Billing.
- In the Receipt frame, select the appropriate receipt printer from the drop-down list.
- Click OK to save.
How do I obtain a login and password?
Your login and password can only be supplied to you by your
company administrator. They can set it up from
File > Configuration >
Employees.
What if my computer crashes or a virus infects my
machine?
The architechure of the system is that all the data resides on our
servers. If your machine crashes or a virus infects your machine,
it will not affect your database. That means, when you recover your
system; or, you install the software on another computer, your data
will be there waiting for you!
