Login

The first step is to determine your User Name and Password. If you do not know your login information, please contact your Administrator for this information before proceeding with this tutorial.

Your company Administrator can also email your login details.

  1. Start the Booking Agent program. If this program is installed, you will find a shortcut in your Start > Program Files > Officedoxs Software, Inc. > Booking Agent. If you have not installed the program, you may do so by clicking here.
  2. If the Registration window displays, this is a new installation which needs configuration.
    1. Enter your company in the Find Company field and then press [Enter] key or click the search button.
    2. Select your company from the list.
      If you were unable to find your company in the database, try searching for variations on your company name.

      For example, searching for Western Airlines, Ltd.:
      • Western Airlines, Ltd.
      • Western Airlines
      • Western
    3. Click the Next button at the bottom of the form to select your company.  The login form will appear.
  3. In the Login window, enter your User Name.  Your User Name is your first and last name seperated by a space. For example, "John Smith".  You can also use your email address in replacement of the User Name if it was added by the Administrator.
  4. Enter your Password.  Your password is case insensitive, meaning that upper and lower case are ignored.
  5. Optional. By checking Remember my Password your password will automatically be entered at your next login. You may want to leave this unchecked for security reasons.
  6. The Station list may appear at the bottom of the Login window.  Each computer in the company is assigned by station and you may select your station from the list; or, if it is missing, select "<New Item>" to create a new station.
  7. Click the Login button.

Note: If your login and password fail or if you do not have permission to access the database you will need to contact your company administrator to properly set-up your account.  Adminstrators can set-up staff and email instructions from File > Configuration > Employees.
