These modules are add-ons which extras which can extend your operations.  We provide email, fax and web bookings modules to leverage your customer service.  To activate from the Booking Agent, see File > Configuration > Licensing.

Web Bookings

Web booking request and live web bookings, or a combination of both can be set-up.
