I'm quite happy with my pencil and paper why should I use a computer?

Our software is designed to make your life easier. It takes care of the grunt work allowing you to focus on running your business. This system will save you time and effort! You can also get a better handle on your business by generating reports on the fly.

What support is offered?

There are many forms of support. The most effective is our online training pages. We also have a knowledge base as well as a support email address. Technical support questions are usually answered within two hours during normal business hours.

How do I install the software?

Installing the software is easy. All you need is to link to our installation page and you will be prompted to add the software to your system. This makes distributing the product to your stations a simple task.

Where are the servers hosted?

The database servers are hosted with Microsoft SQL Azure, a cloud offering which has built in failover and redundancy.

What platform do you use?

We use industry standard Microsoft products including SQL Azure for our databases.

Is your network secure?

Yes! We use 128-bit encryption for all transactions. This is the same security that banks use for their financial transactions.

What about backups?

We have backups occurring throughout the day.  Plus SQL Azure automatically retains three copies of your database on separate machines with automatic failover.

How is the system billed?

This Software as a Service (SaaS) is billed monthly, allowing you to cancel without penaly at any time.
