The end-goal of any product is to serve the customer.  What better way than to partner up with Harbour Air Seaplanes in 2002, the largest all-seaplane operation in the world, to build a booking system from the ground up.  Careful planning with each department allowed us to create a modular and responsive product to fit real world demands.

As Chad Wetsch, Vice President of Ground Operations explains:

"Our first experience was a major transition of our systems from paper to electronic format.  Being a fully carbon-neutral airline you can only imagine the regulations and documentation that are needed to ensure this was successful.

We were able to complete this transition efficiently and smoothly with the Booking Agent.

Since those early first steps we have worked together to create a fully integrated system which has enabled our staff to focus their energies on our serving our customers.  And in part, this has allowed us to become one of the 50 Best Managed Company in Canada.

And with the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games, there was even more pressure with the extra security and tracking.  The Booking Agent came through with flying colors.

With every new feature to the product, we have been able to gain more control and insight into our business.  We look forward to continuing our partnership with Officedoxs well into the future."
